Option 1: Intro to Mindfulness

Introduction to Mindfulness takes you on a journey where you will learn to notice and regulate your habits, senses, emotions, and thoughts. This comprehensive course provides a foundational understanding of the biology of stress and equips you with techniques to effectively manage it. Moreover, you will gain valuable insights into applying mindfulness to enhance your relationships and communication skills.

Option 2: Teaching Mindfulness

Teaching Mindfulness I, is the first half of our Teaching Mindfulness series. Whether you’re homeschooling your own children or an educator in a classroom setting, this innovative online experience is a positive investment for you and the children in your life. This also serves as a Personal and Professional Development (PPD) course for educators.

Thank you to the Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family (GOYFF) for selecting Mindfulness First as 1 of 28 recipients for the The Trauma-Informed Substance Abuse Prevention Program (TISAPP) 2023-2024 grant!

This grant allows us to provide FREE programming to Arizona school community members.

The TISAPP grant, which totals $5 million in funding, invests in programs to implement culturally competent, evidence-based programs and promising practices that focus on increasing protective factors and building resilience for youth, adults, and families while raising awareness of the impact of trauma. We are honored to work with schools to help reduce suicidal ideation and substance abuse for Arizona youth. Learn more about the grant here.
