Established in 2013, Mindfulness First is a charitable nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching foundational, everyday mindfulness skills in an accessible, culturally responsive way to help support lifelong healthy wellbeing for youth and adults alike. We have over a decade of school-based, community and online programming with demonstrated meaningful and sustained impact. Curriculum Accessibility Specialists (Low-Incidence disability)
We are excited to share that we’re beginning to move into the next phase of our Making Mindfulness Accessible (MMA) project. We are looking for Curriculum Accessibility Specialists to support our curriculum adaptation and development. We’re seeking experts with professional or lived experience to help us adapt our K-12 mindfulness curriculum for students with low-incidence disabilities, specifically those who are Blind/Low-Vision, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, and Deafblind. LOCATION: United States - Remote
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Contract - 1099 (Part-Time)
TIME COMMITMENT: 85 hours total (March through June 2026)
COMPENSATION: $4,250 Stipend
